New Black Belt in Town

Congratulations to Pete Edson from the Long Eaton Tetsudo Club.

Pete was presented with his Black Belt on Saturday 16th May along with 5 other successful candidates.

Pete who is 68 has been training for 15 years, has put a lot of time, effort and dedication into his training and has been rewarded with this fantastic acheivement.

Pete says that training has not been always easy but and there were times when I stopped training and felt like I didn't know where I was going with it, but with lots of help and guidance from my instructor(Nigel Law) I was able get this far.

Just goes to show that you can teach an 'old dog new tricks'!
